According to Land Registry, and latest statistics on real estate building and sale, it continues to rise in this year and will not stop even in 2019-2020. Currently, the statistical data shows that the number of deposited sale contracts increased by 31% during this year comparing to the first five months of 2017. This is a very good sign for real estate companies, developers and even investors, because it means the overall development of the island as a place for living.
To be more precise, the number of deposited sale agreements rose by 64% in January, 46% in February, 23% in March, 29% in April and 10% in May compared to the same periods of 2017. By that it can be said that attractiveness of investment climate in Cyprus continues to rise.
