The European Property Awards are part of the International Property Awards – the largest, most prestigious and widely recognised international awards in real estate and development sectors. Traditionally, participants are judged by an independent panel of over 80 industry experts from around the world. The judging panel is chaired by Lord Caithness, Lord Best, The Earl of Liverpool, and Lord Thurso, members of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament. The main criteria for choosing winners are modern architectural and design solutions, innovative technologies, high quality construction, commitment to sustainability and the services provided.
